5th TO 12th OCTOBER 2018

Retrain Your Second Brain as You Discover the Power of Gut Health. Detoxify, Reboot and Heal.

8 Days / 7 Nights – 5th to 12th October 2018

Embark on a journey of discovery as you learn how the microbiome affects all aspects of your health. Join us for a gut makeover and boost energy, gain vitality, improve your health and achieve mental clarity.

Why is Gut Health Important?

This is your opportunity to retrain your second brain and receive personalised advice on how to change your daily practices long after the retreat has ended. Your gut is a highly complex organ, which harbours trillions of bacteria, viruses, yeasts and fungi, collectively known as the microbiome. This delicate balance affects many aspects of our wellbeing, from mood and sleep patterns to appetite, memory and libido.

Take back control of your gut health and experience raised levels of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that affects your mood and happiness. In fact, the gut produces 80% of your body’s serotonin. Rebalance your body and learn how to make effective and long-term changes as you harness the power of an all-natural gut make over.

An imbalance in gut health can be the root cause of inflammation, autoimmune conditions, allergies and intolerances, as well as tiredness, anxiety, stress and a whole host of other health issues. Whether you are looking to detoxify and improve gut health in general or are tackling a specific health concern, finding the right approach can completely reboot your digestive system and set you on a new path.

Happy Gut, Happy You

Our retreat has been carefully designed to incorporate your entire body, beginning in the gut. Over seven days, a team of specially chosen wellness experts will help you tackle gut health through delicious menus, informative and inspirational talks, invigorating massages and exercise sessions.
