“My clientele is a very loyal group of individuals for whom I been working for over 10 years. My work is mostly about awareness regardless being a group class or a private session, I love to empower people through movement, breath and conscious placement.

I encourage to connecting the body, the breath and the mind. I create an environment where people can heal and progress in total safety; enjoying their own journey whether is losing weight, getting rid of persistent pain or getting fit and happier.

I’m very passionate about my work, I have started this path at the age of 10 as a dancer, then I moved into yoga, personal training, healing and now I’m blending all my knowledge in order to provide what is for me the most important outcome: happiness!!!!”
