“My passion for the ocean began in 2004, when my life was completely transformed by my love for the deep blue sea. I follow a mindful lifestyle, living in harmony with mother nature, following her rhythms – the sea, the swell, the sun, while not missing the sunrise and its nurturing energy. This brings me inner peace, happiness and love for myself.
Initially I followed the call of the waves as a surfer, then discovered free diving which opened up a whole new world to me; that of fully living in the present moment. I became more conscious of the breath, learning to welcome each breath with a smile. Soon I discovered yoga; I even had an asana practice of my own through my surfing stretches without even realising it!
For me, yoga represents the natural evolution of all of my passions; leading to the connection of mind, body and spirit that allows us to enjoy life fully in the present moment”.
