Kasia is a Mindfulness Based Awareness Coach (AC Accredited), Wellbeing Coach and a Certified Meditation & Mindfulness Instructor.

Kasia was always inspired by body mind connection and the power we have over our own lives. She founded Mindful Workshop with a vision to create a happier and healthier society. She has a profound belief in the powerful effects mindfulness practice can have on both our general physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing. She is most fascinated by neuroplasticity of the brain and supports her work with the findings of modern neuroscience. She has a deep understanding of the nature and demands of a modern, always on, busy lifestyle.
